WHY WERE THE OLD DAYS BETTER THAN THESE?

ECLESIASTES 7:10 Não digas: Por que razão foram os dias passados melhores do que estes; porque não provém da sabedoria esta pergunta.

10 Do not say, "Why were the old days better than these?" For it is not wise to ask such questions.

10 Don't always be asking, "Where are the good old days?" Wise folks don't ask questions like that.

O Imperativo negativo urge que seja cumprido com mais temor do que quando temos que fazer algo. Não sei porque, não fazer coisas que não devemos fazer é mais difícil do que fazer coisas que devemos fazer.

The negative imperative urges to be done with more fear than when we have to do something normal. I don’t know why but, don’t do things we should not do is more difficult than doing things we should do.

Porque não é sábio falar assim?

Why is not correct to ask like that?

1.    Porque tende a nos levar para a murmuração.

2.    Porque este dia foi o Senhor que fez, por isso devemos nos regozijar nele. Salmo 118:24

3.    Porque “abaixa” nossa auto-estima e a perspectiva do futuro.

4.    Porque afeta a nossa fé nos cuidados diários do Nosso Soberano Pai.

5.    Porque faz com que paremos de sonhar e de lutar pelos nossos sonhos.

1. Because it tends to take us to mutter.

2. Because this day was the Lord has made, so we should rejoice in it. Psalm 118:24

3. Because  "put down" our self-esteem and outlook of the future.

4. Because it affects our faith in the daily care of our Sovereign Father

5. Because it makes us to stop dreaming and fighting for our dreams.

Como disciplinar a mente para que não pensemos desta forma?

How to discipline our mind to don’t think like that?

1.    Crie uma expectativa boa para este dia. Baseie-se na sua fé e não nas notícias do dia.

2.    Leia uma boa e curta história de alguém que venceu os problemas que pareciam insolúveis.

3.    Ore, converse com Deus.

4.    Se prepare para a vitória! Estude, aprenda, imagine você bem melhor do que hoje e louve a Deus pela fé!

1. Create a good expectation for this day. Rely on your faith and not in the news of the day.

2. Read and enjoy a good story of someone who overcame the problems that seemed insoluble.

3. Pray, talk to God.

4. Prepare for the win! Study, learn, imagine you much better than today and praise God in the faith!
